Take a step back in time at the Stagecoach Inn Museum Complex. Visit the beautiful Monterey-style building decorated with authentic furniture and personal items passed down from the Conejo Valley's founding families. View artifacts depicting 10,000 years of Native American society. Immerse yourself in the Tri-Village which represents the early tenancies of the Chumash Native Peoples, the Spanish/Mexican and American settlers who prospered in this beautiful land.
Take a seat at Timber School, a reconstruction of the first school in Newbury Park, and experience what it was like to attend class in a one-room schoolhouse; then wander through the nature trails, the lovely heritage rose garden and the herb garden that surround the museum. Be sure to stop at the Blacksmith Shop and the Carriage House.
