Prospectus for “A Show for All” at the Thousand Oaks Community Gallery

Information is now available for the May open show at the Thousand Oaks Community Gallery. “A Show For All,” sponsored by ACCV, is open to adult artists 18 and over.

Open Categories with 2 pieces per artist.

Oil and Acrylic Watercolor Graphics, Drawing and Pastels, Printmaking Photography 3-D: Stone, Ceramic, Wood, Metal, Glass Mixed Media/ Assemblage Wearable Art: Jewelry, Clothing Cash awards for first and second place winners


Open to Adult artists 18 and over only. Original art works only- no giclee or reproductions Professional quality, correctly framed and ready to hang. No saw tooth hangers, must use screw eyes and wire only. Artwork remains until show end. Maximum size: 3’ x 5’. Sculptures 100 pounds maximum.


All participating artists are expected to serve at least one 3 hour time slot as a gallery sitter and to contribute to the reception refreshments.


Take in: May 1st ,Wednesday 4 to 7PM Show opens: May 4th, Saturday, 11AM Reception and Awards: May 10th, Friday, 5 to 7PM Awards ceremony at 6PM Take down: May 29th, 5 to 7PM

The artists will release the Thousand Oaks Community Gallery, the city of Thousand Oaks, the Arts Council of the Conejo Valley and the Conejo Recreation & Park District and their officers, employees, agents and representatives from any and all responsibility for loss liability charges and expenses and costs of whatsoever character which may arise by reason of participation in any program. I understand the Arts Council of the Conejo Valley retains the right to use photos taken during activities for publicity purposes.


Art not for sale should be marked NFS, otherwise, works priced at listed price. During the show 30% (20% to Gallery operation and 10% to ACCV) commission and up to 30 days following the show are due to the Arts Council of the Conejo Valley. Bin art pieces for sale and catalogs are welcome.
