Janet Milhomme, And Then the Music Faded, Archival Pigment Print on Archival Paper
When I saw this discarded old piano (“And Then the Music Faded”), it made me wonder about the people who once played it and the joy it must have brought them and those who heard it. For all things and people, existence is fragile and temporary, and eventually even the finest music must fade.
Do you wonder what is in an artist's mind when creating their art? This show is unique and the artists describe what their pieces mean and why they were created. This show is sponsored by the Arts Council of the Conejo Valley, and Co-Curators are John Johnson, Camarillo, and Connie Tunick, Thousand Oaks.
