A Tribute to Roland Roy celebrates the remarkable life and artistic legacy of a beloved Conejo Valley artist whose work captured the beauty, character, and spirit of California.
For decades, Roland Roy shared his distinctive artistic vision with the community, creating works that reflected his deep appreciation for landscape, nature, light, and the places he called home. His paintings are more than images of familiar surroundings—they are a record of how one artist experienced and interpreted the world around him.
This special tribute brings together Roland’s artwork and the memories of those who knew, admired, and were inspired by him. Curated by Laurie Hanig of the Arts Council of the Conejo Valley, the exhibition offers an opportunity to celebrate Roland not only as an artist, but as an important part of the cultural history of the Conejo Valley.
His art continues to connect generations of viewers with the landscapes and experiences that made this community special.

A reception will be hosted by Laurie Hanig of the ACCV and UBS on Thursday, September 24thst, 2026 from 5PM to 7PM with drinks and appetizers being served. Come see the beautiful artwork on display.
In 2011 the Arts Council of the Conejo Valley partnered with UBS, a Swiss investment bank, to provide continuous art exhibits at the UBS offices in Westlake Village. This partnership continues today with displays that include paintings, photographs and sculptures created by local artists to a theme that changes with each exhibit.
Each exhibit is launched with a reception where food is provided by one of Westlake's top restaurants, but visitors are welcome to browse the exhibits, found in the open reception area and the conference rooms, at any time during normal business hours. The UBS offices are located at 3011 Townsgate Road, 3rd Floor, Westlake Village, CA 91361 and open daily from 7am to 4pm.
